Red for My True Love

I took the 2D chalk pastel piece and took it into photoshop and touched it up and edited it a bit. Then saw that you could add effects in Microsoft's photo editor.

Touched up in Photoshop

Played with Microsofts photo editor for special effects. The 5 second clip has the sparkles going vertically down the face.
